Pregnancy

We all know that this is a big no no. One thing that is really frustrating coffee drinkers, which have a different life within them is the fact that one of its life veins coffee will be refused. But it seems to hope for us!

A recent study performed in Denmark showed that it is in fact quite all right for women to continue with their daily coffee intake during pregnancy. According Bodil Hammer Bech, Ph.D., of the Institute of Public Health at the University of Aarhus, three cups of coffee per day has any impact on the baby. The same study showed that women who smoked and drank coffee during pregnancy had increased the risk that smaller babies. An important thing to note about the study is that during the second half of pregnancy. This means that if coffee has negative effects during the first half of pregnancy is not known.

What are the consequences for coffee lovers who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant soon? I would say, try to steer clear of coffee. I mean, I can not survive without coffee, to be honest. But when and if I become pregnant, I do not think I can risk my baby only because I need my daily dose of caffeine. Well then perhaps more conclusive results who knows? Until then, abstinence is discipline would reign supreme.
